Kristi has 20 years of experience in commercial lending and loan participations at both credit unions and community banks. Kristi began her career at a credit union in South Central, PA where she created a participation department and spent many years as a commercial lender. Prior to joining CUBG, Kristi served a combined 14 years as the AVP of Loan Participations at the $6.3 billion Members 1st Federal Credit Union in Mechanicsburg, PA.
