This website is operated by CU Business Group, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “CU Business Group”, “CUBG”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to CU Business Group, LLC. CUBG offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, polices, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or making a purchase, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or utilize services.
Orders and Purchases
In addition to offering information, tools, and services from this site, CUBG also provides Credit Union clients access to make virtual content purchases and live and/or virtual event registrations.
Credit Unions are CUBG’s primary customer, and services offered to non-Credit Union individuals and/or organizations will be at the discretion of CUBG.
Educational materials and recordings from on-demand recordings, in-person events, and virtual events are proprietary and will only be provided to course attendees and/or the purchasing credit union.
Registration Policy
Educational materials are proprietary and will only be provided to course attendees.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the standard cancellation policy for registrations (live and virtual events) are as follows:
- Cancellations within 30 days of the session will be charged a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the session will be charged 50% of the normal fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 1 day of the session. CUBG reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone in-person and virtual events. In the event of a cancellation made by CUBG, the customer will receive a full refund. In the event of a postponement, CUBG will transfer the customer’s registration to the new date. If the new date is not acceptable to the customer, the customer may request a full refund.
For live webinars, a full-team registration includes unlimited logins for your credit union. A recording of the session is also available for full-team access registrations upon request. For individual registrations for webinars, the recording will be available to purchase after the session. If you registered as an individual, you can request a discount code to use on the recording purchase.
On-Demand Order Policy
Educational materials are proprietary and are not to be shared outside of the purchasing credit union. Purchasing a webinar provides the Credit Union access to that version of the webinar only. Any updated versions of the webinar made after the initial purchase will require a new purchase.

This website is copyrighted by CU Business Group, LLC. You may not reproduce any of the content on this website, including files downloadable from this website, without CUBG’s explicit permission.
CUBG gives you non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited permission to access and display the webpages and files within this site as a customer or potential customer of CUBG provided you comply with these Terms, and all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices remain intact. The use authorized under this agreement is non-commercial in nature (i.e. you may not sell or distribute the content you access on this site).
Privacy Policy
Any data collected will be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and used to process any orders placed. CUBG does not sell contact information or personal data to any third party.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
CUBG reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time to reflect changes to our services and/or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Any changes will apply on a going-forward basis, and the amended Terms will be effective immediately. By continuing to use our services after these changes, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. You have the right to object to any changes at any time by ceasing your use of our Services.
