CU Business Group’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending Fundamentals provides a comprehensive, risk-focused overview of underwriting, structuring, and managing commercial real estate loans.
This specialized 2-day course is designed for credit union commercial loan officers and credit analysts and employs real-world CRE case studies and underwriting scenarios to hone skills and increase confidence. You’ll gain a consistent framework for evaluating CRE transactions using cash-flow-based analysis, sound loan structure, and ongoing portfolio risk management. Expand your expertise with practical insight into underwriting income-producing properties, assessing market and sponsor risk, applying policy and regulatory guidance, and identifying early warning indicators throughout the life of a CRE loan.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 30 days of the session will be charged a 15% administrative fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of the session will be charged 50% of the normal fee.
The course requires a minimum of 6 attendees or may be subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation by CUBG, registrants will receive either a refund or a credit towards a future course (no administrative fee applies).
